11 Pediatrics North Charleston MOB & ASC
New Pediatric Ambulatory Campus will be a state-of-the-art marquee facility located in North Charleston This new Pediatric campus will serve as the primary site where MUSC’s pediatrics ambulatory services will be delivered Campus will be built in a phased approach with the initial construction beginning with a 33,000SF Pediatric Ambulatory Surgical Center with 4 operating rooms & 2 procedure rooms Additional construction will include a ~110,000SF Pediatric Multispecialty Medical Office Building to include subspecialty and multidisciplinary clinic space, advanced imaging, laboratory, physician and occupational therapy and pediatric urgent care.
