2  (Psalms 37:4-5) Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart. {5} Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this:

3  (Proverbs 13:10) Pride only breeds quarrels, but wisdom is found in those who take advice.  (Proverbs 15:22) Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.  (Proverbs 20:18) Make plans by seeking advice; if you wage war, obtain guidance.

4  (Proverbs 12:15) The way of a fool seems right to him, but a wise man listens to advice.  (Proverbs 14:12; 16:25) There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.  (Proverbs 21:2) All a man's ways seem right to him, but the LORD weighs the heart.  (Proverbs 26:12) Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.

5  (Proverbs 12:5) The plans of the righteous are just, but the advice of the wicked is deceitful.  (Proverbs 15:26) The LORD detests the thoughts [plans] of the wicked, but those of the pure are pleasing to him.
