It is subject to London Council Governance. Responsible for approving strategy, specifications and programme implementation – for recommendation to Skills Funding Agency CFO Board and LDA Board Ensures all London ESF 14-19 aligns with LA priorities and addresses gaps in need. Mary Vine-Morris represents the RPG on the Skills Funding Agency CFO Board. Group will manage conflict of interest process and maintain a record. Any members bidding for funding will declare a conflict of interest and will not take part in decision making.
