3. 3 Active and Reflective Learners l Active learners tend to retain and understand information best by doing something active with it. "Let’s try it and see how it works." l Reflective learners prefer to think about it quietly first. "Hold on…let's think about this for a minute."

4. 4 Sensing and Intuitive Learners l Sensors tend to like learning facts. Patient with details, usually good at memorizing l Intuitives tend to prefer discovering possibilities and relationships. Better at grasping new concepts, comfortable with abstractions.
