Purpose Address the topics submitted by the local officials associations and maintain a focus of these topics as they relate to training of officials allowing input and interaction from attendees. Through the sharing of information and ideas You will make this session what it becomes.

FHSAA UPDATE By the Numbers: 361 registered officials, 179 schools; “NY Times article” about Flag FB in Florida. NIRSA Rules: 2010-11 changes??? Tie-in w/ NFHS football. NIRSA Mechanics: Follow the NIRSA Offs. Manual, No Local Association amendments/mechanics. FHSAA Flag FB Field Clinic Sites: Website, if any. Reach out to local Universities and Colleges for training/updated mechanics. Uniform: Black/white shirt, black shorts, white socks, black cap with white piping (no “white” hat).
