2 SCEIS Reporting: Scheduled Reports Reporting Goals Create Scheduled Reports similar to STARS Deliver these reports regularly to Agencies and Statewide entities Grow these reports into other reports needed/wanted by users: evolve from STARS to SCEIS Train Agency users to run these reports off schedule, modify reports to specific needs and create ad-hoc reports 2

3 Goals Continued : Network among SCEIS users to share reports Minimize need to re-key data from SCEIS to excel or other tools Develop logical progression from ECC transactional reports to Business Objects Reports and Dashboards (and back) Business Objects becomes the reporting tool of choice, integrated into all aspects of Governmental Reporting Business Objects Enterprise Reports

4 Where Are We: Currently Reports are Scheduled to be delivered Monthly Are delivered in PDF or Excel format Are available to run on demand through Business Objects Public Folders by users with Business Objects Licenses Peer Development Group members are building reports for specific needs
