Send To This is where you choose to send and e-mail to an individual or to a Marketing List *This is only for those who have purchased the E-Mail Marketing Add-On* Recipient’s Name This is where you enter the name of the recipient This will be used in the e-mail and the e-mail history Recipient’s E-mail This is where you enter the e-mail address of the recipient CC Enabling this feature will send a copy of the e-mail to the sender As well as send a copy to another specified e-mail address From This is where you select the sender for the e-mail * only for accounts with multiple senders* Template Info This is where you may select an existing template from the drop- down menu. This will be used in the e-mail and the e-mail history Subject This is where you can enter a subject to the selected template Attachments Here you can attach uploaded files to your e-mail *If you have a file that has not been uploaded to the Template Tool you may click the “Upload A File” option to import an attachment. Email Scheduler Here you can choose to schedule the e-mail using the Business Responder Tool *only available on accounts with the Business Responder Add-On* Send E-mail Now Click here when you are ready to send the completed e-mail
