Dear Heavenly Father,
You have given us many talents and gifts. Be with us today as we discover our gifts and learn how to use them to show Your love to others. In Your Name, Amen.

What talent is each person known for?

9. Matthew 25:14-30
14 “Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his property to them. 15 To one he gave five talents of money, to another two talents, and to another one talent, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey. 16 The man who had received the five talents went at once and put his money to work and gained five more.

Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.”

26. Confession L: Let us make a confession of our sins.
C: Merciful Father, we poor sinners confess that we are guilty of our sins. We sin when we tell lies, steal, hurt others and don’t do the things that you want us to. Our sins are committed by our own hands. Lord, we are sorry and seek your forgiveness.

27. Forgiveness
L: Our loving Father sees our pain and the pain we give to others. Christ lived, died, and rose again, so that there would be forgiveness to replace the hurts of our lives. Through the love and grace of Christ, we are forgiven.
C: May we go out into the world knowing we are completely forgiven and that you will guide our thoughts and actions so that we can be your hands. Amen!
