Problems the companies encountered Comenius 2013-2015 Enterprising Youth in Europe without Boundaries

We will divide the pupils in several international teams (+- 5 groups) You get 6 problems the companies have been encountered For each problem we underlined the most important word(s) You get for each problem 5 minutes to find a solution Every team has to bring forward a solution +- 45 minutes

Problem 1 "Our primary challenge as a small business is having access to capital in order to facilitate our production.To obtain capital, we’ve tried to sell our shares to the students, but we couldn’t get accomplishment as much as we expected. To sum up, the capital was one of the major problems we encountered during last two years.”

Problem 2 “The Pins that customers like to buy are pins for which we don't have the copyright. For example with the popular characters from fairy tales: the penguins from Madagascar, Frozen, Batman, Spiderman, etc.”

Problem 3 “The selling process: the products were relatively expensive, so students, our major target customer group, do not usually spend so much money on these items...”

Problem 4 “Our products were not as demanded at the local market as we hoped, so we didn’t make as much money as expected.”

Problem 5 “In our school system pupils study very few about subjects of business organisation and ICT..”

Problem 6 There was hardly any time for the students to produce the products.” “There was a problem to inspire students to get involved in the project”
