What are our expectations? Work in partnerships focused on student learning needs Develop products including differentiated curriculum units Analyze student work and document patterns of learning Report findings to key audiences including Curriculum Standing Committee and School Committee

What will be some of the resources and support available? Increased level of support for all students by special education staff Increased level of support for students reading below grade level by reading specialist Increased level of support for students who exceed the standards by enrichment staff (expanding curriculum) Increase level of support for teachers through common planning time (professional development, share resources, etc)

What will be some of the resources and support available? Early intervention and early identification of students performing below grade level in primary grades (KINDERGARTEN) Pro-active approach to Special Education referral process to provide support to “all” students “ASK” team is set up to do interventions, data collection, data analysis and progress monitoring
