1.) First 30 minutes: R.A.D. = Reading Across Disciplines Self-Selected Reading Bring in your own Book Log Book. I monitor progress (pg #s) Assignments: Written/Verbal Reflections.

2.) Advisement: I, Mrs. Renes, am your advisor!!! I am here to advise you! What do you need? Help with grades, social/emotional/mental/physical issues, organization, rules, procedures, questions, conferences, guidance or nurse appointments, questions, etc.

3.) Study Time Homework Time ?s on Academic Work Organization (Math Help …b/c I am a Math Teacher.) Suggestion: Have A Days Work Done Work on B Days Assignments

4) Community service 30 hours per year required to graduate! Folder Forms needed are on Bookshelf or Sharpschool. Turn in to ME, your focus teacher!

5) Health Credit !!! seminars/guest speakers ONLINE WORK on Edgenuity!

You must receive prior approval (in your agenda book) to see another teacher during Focus time. Use Lockers, Agendas. Class Meetings Restroom & Water= Before/After Class AVOID during Class, Emergencies ONLY. Leaving the Classroom

You may… Work Quietly with other Students on Common Assignments w/ permission. Get up to sharpen a pencil, throw away trash, get a book. Raise your hand to ask for permission Raise your hand to ask questions Be PRODUCTIVE! Be Respectful! You may NOT… DISTRACT the learning environment in ANY way. No noises, talking without permission! No Sleeping, No Eating. You may not just sit there and do nothing.
