2 What Does That Mean?? NCLB - No Child Left Behind –Federal regulations guiding test requirements and passing rate for each test and requires 95% participation rate for each subgroup AYP –Adequate Yearly Progress –Requires meeting Annual Measurable Objectives (AMO) on SOL’s and testing at least 95% of each subgroup. Minimum number to count in VA is 50.
