Something new: Global self-esteem: a person’s overall opinion of himself or herself Situational self-esteem: refers to a particular aspect of a person’s life

Self Esteem cont. Don’t base your self esteem solely on other people’s opinions of you. Focus on your accomplishments, your talents, and your contributions to your family and community. Self esteem has to come from YOU!!
