United States Coast Guard SIGNIFICANT INCIDENTS F/V TWO MIKES 23 July at the entrance to Yaquina Bay, Newport Oregon 2 POB climbed safely from vessel to jetty $25,000 of OSLTF used 2130 gallons onboard with numerous drums on deck Vessel unrecovered due to location of grounding with submerged rocks and sand bars impeding recovery vessels
