SMART Highlights Based upon federal Web Infrastructure for Treatment Services (WITS) public domain software designed in 2002 Deployed in 17 states and counties Enhanced using cost and code sharing strategies through a national collaborative of member jurisdictions (WCP) Customized in MD and nationally through IGSR & FEI Developed as an integrated consent-driven electronic health record Designed to share assessment, treatment, case management, criminal justice, and drug court data statewide
