Job Description – Regional Sales Representative Timely Schedule Listing Appointment with Seller Upon Receiving Listing Assignment Prepare quality MLS advertisement of vessel according to POP standards Respond to Buyer Leads Timely and Manage Dashboard According to POP Standards Get Answers to Buyer Questions from Seller and Update Advertisement Accordingly Arrange for Vessel Showings (If Applicable) Present Any Offers to Regional Manager to Negotiate with Seller Attend any Marine Surveys and/or Trial Runs (if applicable) Verify Advertised Items On Board Vessel At Delivery

1.This is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position 2. Your compensation is a % based on Gross Sales Commissions received by the company from Vessel Sales Procured by Regional Sales 3. Bonuses are quarterly and based on individual performance 4. If a RSR procures a buyer for a vessel assigned to a different POP RSR, the total commission earned by the company on the transaction shall be treated as a co-broke and each salesperson shall be compensated according to their percentage on 50% of the Gross Sales Commission.
