Establish National Pulses Board Appoint a CEO (Senior IAS Officer) Authority & accountability for: - Coordinating across ministries/departments - Coordinating with state government machinery - Supply of necessary inputs - Monitor grain procurement and remunerative prices to farmers (not to traders)
