Silent Graffiti We are answering: – Who are English Language Learners This is done in complete silence You may put anything you believe to be true, know for sure, have heard, stereotypes, positive, negative, etc. 2 people at a time go up to write on a board 2 more people follow until everyone has added to the board You may return at any time to add to the board

5. Map It Consider your language and cross- cultural encounters. Create a visual (“map”) of these encounters in your life. Be prepared to share.

6. Syllabus, etc. Syllabus emailed Monday evening-- read for next class Texts: questions? Will need for next Monday

7. Placement 2 hrs/week (preferably a block) K-12 setting Evening/adults
