Issues with current system Current Microsoft Excel® system no longer efficient Previously simple categories began to overlap & became too complex Limited scaling

Managerial Input New system must account for all client types & must be much more efficient. New software must be simple & user friendly; minimal training of staff. Solution should connect & make easily accessible all required business operations data. It should fit a budget of $5000

$475/month for: -Monitoring traffic, -Conducting a forecast of keywords, -Changing content on the web site, -Adjusting meta tags, -Linking to more reputable sources on the internet.

Conclusion Alternative 1: Make a combination of the Compiere open source try out that offers ERP and CRM combined with SEP`s SEO for 6 months (budget of $5000 not used up, only $2850). Alternative 2: Oracle Standard Database 11g and SEP`s SEO, using up the budget on hand, $4950.

We choose Alternative 1 In case of later increase in traffic and more ‘seasonal clients’ from international markets will upgrade to a standard edition at Compiere (purchase a license) or go with Oracles Standard Edition Database 11g. Conclusion
