3 Conclusion Based on what we found out about King Arthur, we have concluded that some of it is factual, and some of it is just a legend. As his story was told, authors added their own spin to parts of the story, making it into a legend. We believe that there was a real Arthur, but people like Sir Lancelot and the Lady of the Lake were created by authors. The story started with facts, but it was changed as it was retold. Now, some parts are fictional, but there are still some facts in the story.
