Follow up meetings with internal committees, advisors and assistants to the decision maker. Necessary proposals for the group Step 3 Executive Board Presentation Make every attempt to make a executive board presentation. 99% closing ratio with a board presentation.

3 Step 5 Gain approval for program Sign all necessary paperwork. Submit to home office for approval. Enter into SGA Structure. Example ESCATON Step 4 Start communication at every level of the organizations infrastructure. Example: Shop Steward Meeting, General Membership Meetings, Committee Meetings Congratulations the TG is signed!
