Recognize Guests Identify Drug Activity Report to Authorities Guest arriving from out of state, specifically Illinois, > Make note of temporary license plates Guests paying for lodging with cash Make note of guests paying cash one night at a time Guests extending stays on a day-to-day basis, or checking out prematurely for Front Desk Employees

4. Recognize Guests Identify Drug Activity Report to Authorities Guests who appear seedy, but may be wearing expensive jewelry or clothing Guests being vague regarding their hotel stay length or reason for visit Guests arriving with little or no luggage upon check-in Make note of how long the guest is staying Guests receiving frequent phone calls from people asking for the room number, rather than a name for Front Desk Employees
