1. Volcano!!!

2. Aim:
To make a volcano erupt by mixing baking soda and vinegar.

3. Materials:
An empty Actimel pot
some paint
Red food colouring
Clay

4. Method:
(1) Cover the Actimel pot in the clay. Then shape it into a volcano. Leave it for a few days so that the clay can dry
(2) Once the clay is dry paint the clay pot brown. When the brown paint is dry add the colours yellow and red to give your volcano the lava effect.
(3) To begin the eruption half fill the Actimel bottle with vinegar then add a couple drops of red food colouring and finally add a teaspoon of baking soda.
(4) Finally watch your volcano erupt.

5. Conclusion:
Mixing two chemicals together can produce interesting results. Today we mixed vinegar with baking soda and we found out that they have a reaction to each other which makes them fizz!!!
