3 Plastics Cans Take a look at your plastics jars, as they tend to percolate toxic chemicals when heated. Switch them for stainless-steel or glass storage jars.

4 Proper Flow of Air Do not seal pack your Kitchen. Open the window in order to let the inflow of air. Do not let gas, smoke, etc stand in your Kitchen, breathe easy. Improve the air quality.

5 Non-Stick pans made for low heat Make sure you cook your food in a no-stick pan on low flame, as it get to leak some toxic chemicals in your meal. Low-flame is advisable.

6 Pick me up Go organic. Fruits and fresh vegetables. Say no to canned food. Chemical like Bisphenol-A present in canned food can mix with your food leading to various diseases. Stay fresh, eat fresh.

7 Tips for Dishwasher Use phosphate and Chlorine free detergents to avoid water pollution. Clean the dishwasher regularly. Shift to biodegradable detergents. Make sure the dishwasher is in the energy saver mode.

8 Cleaning agents Check your cleansers for chemical content. Use natural cleaners like vinegar and baking soda in order to get of bacteria and other germs. Biodegradable products are best to be used.

9 Cook fast, Use Microwave Microwave is safe to use. Food is cooked in a safer manner and much faster. Avoid using plastic utensils in order to keep your food chemical free. Use glass utensils instead.
