What is Facebook? Facebook is a social networking website that allows users to create and customize their own profiles with photos, videos, and information about themselves. Friends can browse the profiles of other friends and write messages on their pages (Tech Terms, 2008)

Risky Information Social networking sites, such as Facebook, allow users to post unnecessary information such as the user's home address, telephone numbers, course schedule, as well as pictures. These should be considered private information. This takes advantage of your privacy and it lets the guard down for stalking and also sexual predators (Whittaker A., 2009).

Some of his classmates at his school created an account in his name and posted inappropriate items. They posted obscure pictures, racist comments, and many more unsuitable posts. (William L., 2009).
