2  Ditch costly paper, printing, envelopes and stamps!  E-newsletters are virtually free!  Don’t assume they remember you!  Out of sight, out of mind...

11  Once they’re on your list keep in touch regularly!  On these systems you can create newsletters and schedule them to go out whenever you like  You could write, upload and schedule 6 months or a year’s worth!

12  Less is more  Keep it short and simple  Continue to inform and educate  Highlight key phrases  Use 2 or 3 sections  Break up areas with borders, lines, headings

13  Always add links back to your website  Good for Google rankings  Visitors are more likely to look around and book!  Make sure contact details are on every page

14  Publish regular blogs to your website  Be consistent!  Blogs can be as small as 300-500  Keep it short, snappy and fascinating  Updates on the team eg Becky’s baby, Margot’s 50 th birthday, Revamped Clinic

15  Write about your sporting achievements  Why you should throw your nutribullet away!  Sponsored or supported a local event?  Promote a non-controversial cause  Interesting case studies  Check-ups or tune-ups  Ergonomics  Correct posture  Shoes
