Estimated Challenges  H.264 compression, and even the different profiles, produce different bit rate in different cameras (threshold levels and sensitivity)  The major use of H.264 so far was in broadcast where bandwidth is not an issue and still needs to be refined for CCTV  Decoding (from bits to display) is much more processor intensive and requires stronger PC / display hardware
