4. About Mr. Munsch… Robert Munsch was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
He went to college in New York City and Boston to get a degree in child studies.
He then moved to Canada to work at a preschool.

At first, Robert only told his stories to the children he was teaching.
Eventually he began to write them down and publish them.
His first book was “Mud Puddle” in 1976.
He has 3 children: Julie, Andrew and Tyya.
