21
MDS ACCESS CONTROL PROGRAMMING Slide 21 –“Key Violation” : The user that has been introduced already exists, change the user name. It is possible to create 2 users with the same name from the outdoor panel but we will get “Key Violation”message if working with WINCOM. Delete one repeated user. –No call is possible: Cannot scroll the users list in the outdoor panel with the scroll keys or call to an apartment number Check if central unit DC switch is set to ON.(switch no. 3 ) TROUBLESHOOTING UNIT 2 : MDS ACCESS CONTROL PROGRAMMING
22
MDS ACCESS CONTROL PROGRAMMING Slide 22 –Access denied : If the code length is different from the code field in users table the code will be filled with 0 at the end. It is possible to present the tag to introduce the code instead of typing it. –A user is not allowed to enter due to restrictions but has gained access: Check if the user is defined in the same central unit where the access is connected. If it is not on the same central unit check DC switch (number 3), must be to ON. To ask for restrictions about users from different C.U. Through FXL, DC must be switched to ON.
