Design of Vac Control System Two main parts: PVSS in combination with OPC Server for data acquisition and general controling Sector valve controller cards for interlock handling on hardware basis Each sector has at least 3 pressure sensors (gauges and ion pumps) >1 pressure sensor gives a pressure over a certain threshold Interlock Controllers of pumps and gauges can handle 2 or more devices never more than one device of a sector handled by one controller PP-101207-a-JWA-VacControlStatus.ppt Joachim Wallner 3
