March 2010 Target Group Power Supplies Lambda Genesys 3.3kW Upgrade software Prototype.CFP.v.9 to Prototype.CFP.v.10 It has been updated the Prototype_CFP_1_ctrl_valve.v.9 software to release 10 (Prototype_CFP_1_ctrl_valve.v.10). This new release allows to work with or without thermocouple (older release prevents this choice,so the absence of thermocouple causes the program stopping). The choice to disable or to enable thermocouple is done by means of DIP switch N°1 on the front of the cFP- 2120 (shown in figure). SWITCH1 ON no therm. LEDA ON SWITCH1 OFF with therm. LEDA OFF

March 2010 Target Group Power Supplies Lambda Genesys 3.3kW Upgrade software Prototype.CFP.v.10 to Prototype.CFP.v.11 It has been updated the Prototype_CFP_1_ctrl_valve.v.10 release to release 11 (Prototype_CFP_1_ctrl_valve.v.11). This new revision replaces the drivers for ESS Power Supply with the drivers for Genesys Power Supply. Figure shows the genesys drivers in the state 1001 of FSM (state for CHECK SYSYTEM COMMUNICATION )

Power Supplies Lambda Genesys 3.3kW March 2010 Target Group As shown during december meeting, in addition to parameter configuration of Power supply, it is necessary to provide the correct settings for the communication channel.

Work in progress I’m developing the revision 12 of the software. This release replaces the Eurotherm serial RS232 drivers with the drivers for new controllers RS485. Future steps - Test and verification of the final software. - Power supply and eurotherm regulators assembling in the furnace and relevant wiring - Last test in site March 2010 Target Group Power Supplies Lambda Genesys 3.3kW
