《牛津高中英语》 Project 介绍 Project 是一种开放性探究学习活动,学生在老师的指 导下,通过小组协作,利用课外时间完成他们自己选定的 课题。 Project 有 A 、 B 两个部分, A 部分是阅读材料,为 B 部分提供范例,或者引发课题内容。 B 部分是 Project 本身, 设计有四个步骤: Planning: 在老师指导下确定课题;组内分工 Preparing: 查找资料、收集信息、调查、讨论 Producing: 拿出初稿,对其进行加工、完善 Presenting: 展示各个小组的成果 Project 既有利于发展学生的语言能力,也有利于开发 学生的非语言能力,提高他们的综合素质。

The purpose of this section is to let students use what they have learnt to finish a project by working together. They will search and find some information,do some writing and drawing. In order to make an attractive poster, they are expected to know how to cooperate and how to complete each part of the task.

Preparing : ( Each member should answer the following questions and then write down the answers) Activity: 1. What does your club do?________ 2. How does it attract new members?_______ 3. Producing: Group members draft the poster based on all the ideas from your previous research and discussion. Try to make it as attractive as possible. When the draft is done,each member should read it carefully and give suggestions to its wording and design. The poster makers finalizes the poster based on the suggestions of the other group members. The entire group approve the poster before next period.

Presenting: In next period, each group is to present the poster to the class. Tell the class what is special about their activity. (为了更好的调动各 小组的参与积极性,教师可以设计各种各样的 评比方式) 这一环节是本堂课的主要内容,重点是让学生 充分展示,教师可以适当点评。

1.People learn more by doing things themselves rather than by being told about them. This is true both for the students in our classes and for us, as we learn to be a better teacher. 2.As teachers we cannot learn for our students. Only they can do that. What we can do is help create the conditions in which they might be able to learn.
