ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE o 24/7 Roadside Assistance o “Real Time” visibility (Spring 2011) Online system lets you track/monitor all breakdowns and assists REPAIR COORDINATION o WFS has an experienced staff of maintenance administration personnel with industry backgrounds in sales, customer service and support, diesel mechanics, and service management. o Our maintenance personnel take inbound calls and make outgoing follow-up calls to support all maintenance functions: Scheduling of routine and preventive maintenance Data inputting of repair invoices by system cost code for detailed cost reporting ESTIMATES o We require written estimates for repairs over $500.00 Estimates are reviewed for fair parts and labor pricing Final approval (threshold amount set by you) sent for your approval o Issuing PO’s and payment to vendors for repairs o Auditing all incoming repair invoices for fair parts pricing and repair times

AUDIT SAVINGS o Reports detailing cost savings due to negotiated estimates and repairs Documented savings in excess of $4 million DOCUMENT RETENTION AND MANAGEMENT o Scanning of all invoices, supporting paperwork, and vehicle records into a simple web-based document retrieval system known as CIS (Customer Inquiry System) NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT o WFS will work hand-in-hand with your fleet’s national account vendors to expedite parts, ensure warranty coverage and negotiate policy reimbursement. Some OE’s we currently have strong relationships with: Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Bandag Safelite Auto Glass, GMS Auto Glass Morgan Body Maxon, Waltco, Ultron Liftgate Detroit Diesel, Caterpillar, Cummins, Mercedes Freightliner, Paccar, International, Volvo Allison, Eaton, Meritor Carrier, Thermo King

VENDOR RELATIONS – Use your vendors or let us help you find one… o WFS has set-up and maintains relationships with more than 12,000 vendors o We can use your existing vendors, set-up is fast and easy o Database of over 100,000 available vendors for roadside assistance VENDOR COMPLIANCE o Ensure vendors are following protocols and procedures* including: Supplying written estimates for repairs exceeding your predetermined amount Obtaining a PO number from Warner Fleet Services Providing a breakdown of services performed on each invoice (separating parts, labor, and taxes) Including PM checklists for DOT record retention with all preventive maintenance invoices Following all other vendor procedures and policies set by WFS or by you * Making sure vendors follow procedure ensures their invoices will be processed and paid in a timely manner

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE o Paying invoices for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, breakdowns, fixed maintenance, washes, body repairs, rentals, licensing and permitting, emergency fuel purchases, lease payments o Available payment options include MasterCard, Virtual MasterCard, Comcheck, and Net o All repairs and payments are tied to a specific asset (no “bucket accounting”) o Processing over 15,000 repairs / $8 million each month ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE o You’ll receive a weekly invoice with line-by-line itemization for each transaction: Unit number Domicile / Cost Center name and number (if applicable) GL codes specific to your fleet (if applicable) Vendor name, invoice number, and repair date Costs broken-down by fee, labor, parts, tax, and total Descriptions of repairs WFS reference ID’s (purchase order numbers) that can be used to view online, electronic copies of all vendor repair invoices for each transaction

DRIVER DOCUMENT AND CERTIFICATION TRACKING o We track the license and certification status for your drivers, locations, or regions: CDL Medical Cards Haz Mat Endorsements Road Tests TWIC Cards Special Permits HM126, HM232 Policy agreement forms Any other document, license, or certification you would like to monitor REPORTING o WFS provides two daily reports, posted online, showing current DDM information: Inventory - What documents and certifications are being tracked? Expirations - What licenses and certifications need to be renewed? o Weekly report pushed by email to designated contacts

FUEL CARD MANAGEMENT o Order new cards, replace lost/stolen cards, reset forgotten PINs o Available 24/7 for help with problems or to answer questions Alternate payment options available (purchase order, Comcheck, MasterCard) o Currently managing 4000+ fuel cards and over 100,000 transactions per month SECURITY SERVICES o Spending limits adjusted according to national average fuel pricing o Driver information maintained in our DDM database User Agreement Forms kept on file for each driver who has a card o Your fleet notified of any potentially suspicious activity FUEL REPORTING o Reports updated daily and uploaded for online viewing Fuel Card Listing Transaction Records Declined Transaction Information Fuel Overspending Report
