6. DEMOCRATIC EFFECTIVE WHEN:  Time is available  Group is motivated &/or a sense of team exists  Some degree of skill or knowledge among members of group

7. DEMOCRATIC INEFFECTIVE WHEN:  Group is unmotivated  Members have little skill / knowledge  High degree of conflict present
