11. Some children feel comfortable in a a group of like-minded persons. They need more contacts, emotions and new impression. There will be not more than 15 pupils in a class. к №2

12. The pupils of the school will join the groups according to their interests, but not the age. The department of education should help to organize the educational process correctly. к № 5

13. There will be teachers for every class. Teachers from the secondary school, the art school, the music school and the singers of the Northern Russian Chorus, the teachers of the Children handicraft school will come to give Art, Music, PE and other lessons. к № 6
