Improving COA For Colleges/Universities (MTAC #90) MTAC #90 Purpose and Goals Workgroup Purpose Study the feasibility and benefits of including college and university student change of addresses in the National Change of Address database. Workgroup Goal Improve efficiency for schools, mailers, and USPS in the handling and forwarding of UAA student mail.

Improving COA For Colleges/Universities (MTAC #90) Costs of “old” student mail Forwarding of Student Mail is Inefficient for the School, the USPS, AND the Mailer Mail sorted/new address applied by school and then given to USPS for processing “Old addressed” mail keeps on coming Non-forwardable mail is discarded
