15 Purpose  To provide states the opportunity to share their implementation plans/early wins developed at February’s Topical Meeting that use professional learning to increase principal effectiveness. 15

16 Objectives:  Learn about New Hampshire’s experience with building a system of professional learning for principals and consider how NH will assist their principals and other school leaders in finding the time to lead instructional improvement.  Share your state’s professional learning for principals experience.  Discuss future opportunities for continuing professional learning to increase principal effectiveness. 16

28 Continuing the Work  State teams that attended the February Topical Meeting are invited to attend Learning Forward’s Annual Conference 2013 in Dallas, Texas in December  A “Meeting within a Meeting” Design will provide states the learning and reflection time to continue their efforts in building professional learning systems and increasing the effectiveness of principals. 28
