6. Homework n Homework packet given at beginning of week n Homework may be done early but is due each day n This year homework will not be accepted after 8a.m. n Missing homework = color change

Reduced Paper Homework Option n Mrs. Veiga will be offering a reduced paper homework option n Download newsletter from class website. n Student type spelling assignments and email them to Mrs. Veiga n Paperless math and science options given also n Saves paper (trees and money for the school!) and also eliminates losing of homework

8. Planner n Daily behavior and other important information will be written in planner n Planner must be signed Monday – FRIDAY n Students responsibility to ask parent to sign n Unsigned planner = color change n Planner signing may also be done via email

9. Technology n Used frequently, tied in to the assessed curriculum n All students should have a ZIP drive – low storage, low cost n New blog – accessible from school, more secure n All students should have an email account to join the blog
