5  They may open new credit card accounts  May change your billing address so your bill runs up  They use your name for whatever they want to buy and make your bills run up.

8  Identity Fraud is using the personal information, the stolen identity is created and can be supported by counter fit documents.

9  Identity theft is charged for an aggravated crime and provides sentencing guidelines.  The punishment increases by two years if you get charged for aggravated crime.
