18. Immigrant (Title III) Status: Immigrant (Title III) is an indication of whether a student qualifies as an immigrant under Title III, Section 3301 (6) of the NCLB. Date of Birth, Birth State and Year in US Schools may be used to determine Immigrant Status in Count Date records for 2008-09.

19. ELL Served Status: "ELL Served" indicates whether an ELL student is served in English language instruction educational programs designed for English Language Learners and if the program is funded by Title III. Expected for Year End and Count Date records.

20. Migrant and Homeless Status Migrant Status and Homeless Status will be required in all ISES Year End records beginning in 2007-08.

21. Years in US Schools: Years in US Schools will be calculated from Months in State when not provided.

22. Native Language: Change in Definition Native Language will be collected for all grades based on English Language Proficiency and Immigrant (Title III) status.
