When air blows over an open ocean warm water is evaporated and they form cumulus clouds The evaporation and condensation continue making the clouds rise Then a pattern is formed when air goes down the middle and makes the storm swirl When it grows the top cools causing it to become unstable which makes it moves they usually stop when they hit land

In the North Atlantic, hurricane season is from June 1 to November 30, but most hurricanes happen during the fall.
