District Rotary Foundation Seminar District Simplified Grant Reporting For each project, clubs submit a one-page report to the district including: Detailed project description Description of Rotarian involvement List of expenditures Rotarian signature from sponsoring club

District Rotary Foundation Seminar End of Humanitarian Grants Programs The Matching Grants and District Simplified Grants programs will end as of 1 July 2013 when the Future Vision model is launched worldwide.
