Michigan Colleges and Universities In order to become a Stock Broker and get a degree, there are a lot of schools in Michigan where you can go but, there are three main schools in my point of view you should go to. They are: University of Michigan Ann Arbor, University of Michigan Dearborn and Wayne State University.

Educational Requirements To become a stock broker you at least need a bachelors degree. Which is four years of college. You may consider pursuing a degree in accounting, economics, business or finance. It’s not necessary to do your masters but most of the employees do it and In my point of view if you to do it because If you obtain a MBA, you may qualify for hiring bonuses, advancement or higher salaries.

Salary Information A Stock Brokers Salary is between $35,000 to more than $140,000 a year according to which city you are working in. If the city you are working in is popular and has a lot of stocks then you get paid a lot but if that city doesn’t have a big stock market then you wont get paid that much. This is an example of a New York City’s Stock Broker: 5 year earning salary- $34,946 and $57,980 10 year earning salary- $40,892 and $96,230 20 year earning salary- $50,466 to $165,747

Uniform and Equipment A Stock Broker is always dressed up. Like wears a suit and looks fresh all the time because he has to meet clients and make impressions. A Stock Broker’s equipment's are a laptop, cell phone, calculator, pen and paper. Without any of these he will not do any of his jobs properly.

Job Outlook The job outlook of a Stock Broker is 15% about as fast as average.
