7 Required Experience  3 years Documented D/B Experience OR  Masters degree in a concentrated Design- Build University Program and 2 years of Documented D/B Experience

8 Education and Experience Requirements  Baccalaureate degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and three years of experience OR  6 Years Experience without a Degree

9 Maintaining Designation  Renewal Every Two Years  24 Contact Hours of Approved, Elective Credit  Renewal Fee
