Electronic Timesheet for Non-Exempt Employees- Pilot Implementation Go Live PP11-19 (2/27/11-3/12/11) and thereafter ETS due Monday, 3/14/11 Must use paper timesheet prior to PP11-19 WET page entries prior to PP11-19 Only adjusting entries on WET page from PP11-19 Pilot Group Training 3 Instructor-led sessions (3/3, 3/9, 3/10) Hands on Clinics is available- time and location will be announced at the live training UPK Contact CITS Help Desk (6-Help) or FS-Payroll (6- 1243) for ETS questions

Electronic Timesheet for Non-Exempt Employees- Pilot Implementation Pilot Group employees will receive this Error Message if they try to create an ETS prior to PP11-19 The same error message will appear for the Campus Go Live if employees try to create an ETS prior to PP11-21, but the date will be “2011-03-26.”

Enter completed worksheet information (your Non-Exempt Employee/Supervisor relationships) in eUMB. If the Supervisor Set Up is not completed by Friday, March 25 th, your Non-Exempt employees will not be able to see ETS and you will start receiving email notification on Monday, March 28 th. Exempt C1 (Class 34, Pay Group SPC & EFY) and Student Employees (Class 14, 16, 14W, 16W) Student Employees (Empl Class 14, 16, 14W, 16W) ◦ Target go live: July 2011 ◦ Continue WET page entries until Go Live ◦ A separate UPK will be available Exempt C1 (Pay Group SPC & EFY) ◦ Some employees are being paid based on Defined Payment, ETS may not be required ◦ ETS for this group is excluded on ‘Not Entered’ tab on the Approval Page ◦ Target go live: July 2011

Enhancements Personal Leave – eUMB will automatically allocate personal leave for New Hires when they are processed for the first time by Bi-Weekly Leave Accrual process.
