BCSD’s APPR Original plan negotiated in 2010- 2011 APPR relationship with Truenorthlogic began in 2011 Every teacher must be evaluated, yearly, on their effectiveness in seven teaching standards as set by the New York State Department of Education Every leader must be evaluated, yearly, on their effectiveness in 8 leadership standards as set by the New York State Education Department
