Based on that ‘Requirement and Architecture’, more details on how use IP in support of convergence should study: –IP based capabilities: multi-homing, multi-connection, mobility etc. –Relationship with other layer capabilities to support convergence –QoS/QoE in relation with IP: L3 handover QoS etc. Extension of using IP should actively encourage, especially incorporating IPv6 into Telecommunication services and operations like NGN, USN, ITS and etc.
