5. TWIRL - 5 Involvement in TWIRL The Romanian consortium intends to develop a demonstrator on the idea of a “Personalized information and content delivery social platform”. The demonstrator will consist of an integrated social platform which will: Facilitate e-inclusion and involvement for everybody, connecting people to the relevant information aggregated from various sources and offering it on easy to use platforms like the TV Provide timely and intuitive communication with friends and family members using the information they generate through blogs, messaging, location services, etc. Promote “personalized edutainment” and peer learning – collecting data from various sources in order to identify and provide personalized, relevant, appealing, informative content complementary to entertainment 08 - 09 October 2012 TWIRL project Kick Off Meeting - Paris
