Best Practice - Fundraising Host Evening with Industry – Night before Career Fair Less travel for company reps – Both students and company reps purchase tickets – Do not have to be member to attend – Allow time before and during the meal to socialize – During meal, try to pair students and companies with people they want to work with – Allow companies to sponsor tickets and prizes

5. Chocolate Soiree Who: Often co-hosted with another student organization – open to all students What: Community Service Event – Provide chocolate fondue and snacks – Ask for nonperishable food donation – Volunteer activity (often organized with the Salvation Army) This past year made cards for local hospital Where: Campus When: Annual Event
