JNFuture Leadership Program Objective: The program aims to provide the necessary tools for young philanthropists to build their leadership skills, increase their connections, become ambassadors for JNF, and pave the way for a successful future in Israel related philanthropy. Produce an elite group of young leaders armed with speaking and leadership skills One of the unique features of this program is the mentor/protégé relationship between established leaders and up-and-coming leaders in the Jewish philanthropic and JNF communities. Expectations: JNFuture Leadership Development Program sessions will meet monthly. The group will have the opportunity to deconstruct a specific JNF action area in order to learn how the issue impacts Israel and what JNF is doing to help resolve it. The meetings are designed to give participants a well-rounded understanding of JNF and the work it does, as well as train them to become advocates, speakers and leaders on behalf of the organization.
